Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with our crystal wholesale and retail business and the internal tool we use to manage our Facebook Pages, Messenger inbox and advertising.
Who we are
We are a crystal wholesale and retail business selling directly from our studio through live streams and Messenger. We operate the Facebook Pages through which customers reach us. This policy covers those Pages and the internal application we use to administer them.
The application
Our application is an internal business tool. It is not offered to the public, it has no public sign-up, and it does not create accounts for anyone outside our own team. It is used only by our own staff, with our own Facebook accounts, to manage our own Pages and advertising.
Information we access
- Page information — the name, posts, videos and engagement figures of Pages we own.
- Messenger conversations — messages people send to our Pages, so we can answer questions about products, pricing, wholesale terms and shipping.
- Advertising data — our own ad accounts: budgets, schedules, audiences and aggregate performance figures such as impressions, clicks and cost.
We do not access anyone's personal Facebook profile, friend list, photos or activity outside of a conversation that person chose to start with our Pages.
How we use it
- To reply to enquiries and process orders that customers start in Messenger.
- To decide how much to spend on advertising and which audiences to show ads to.
- To produce aggregate, anonymised reports about how our advertising performs.
We do not use this information for automated decision-making about individuals, and we do not build profiles of people beyond what is needed to continue an ongoing customer conversation.
Storage and retention
Access tokens and business data are stored on computers and servers we control. Reporting is kept in aggregated, anonymised form. Where we retain notes from customer conversations, we keep only what is needed to fulfil and follow up on an order, and we remove them when they are no longer needed for that purpose.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or any third party for their own purposes. Information is processed by Meta Platforms as part of operating Facebook Pages, Messenger and Facebook advertising, and by the shipping providers needed to deliver an order the customer has placed.
Your rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. See our data deletion instructions for how to make a deletion request.
Contact
The quickest way to reach us is to send a message to any of our Facebook Pages —
the same inbox our team answers every day. Please include the word
PRIVACY in your message so it is routed to the right person.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and change the date shown at the top.
