Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete the information we hold about you at any time. We do not require you to have an account with us to make this request.

How to request deletion

1. Open a conversation with any of our Facebook Pages in Messenger.
2. Send a message containing the word DELETE.
3. Tell us which information you want removed — for example your conversation history, or the delivery details you gave us for a past order.

What happens next

• We confirm receipt of your request in the same conversation.
• We delete the information we hold about you within 30 days, and confirm when it is done.
• Aggregated, anonymised advertising statistics that cannot identify you are not affected, because they contain no personal information.

What we may need to keep

If you have placed an order, we may need to keep the minimum transaction records required by law or by our payment and shipping providers. We will tell you if this applies to your request and delete everything else.

Information held by Meta

Messages you send to a Facebook Page are also stored by Meta Platforms as part of Messenger. Deleting your data with us does not delete Meta's own copy. To remove information held by Meta, use the privacy and account settings inside your Facebook or Messenger account.
